Master Mario & the Rose Hill Taekwondo team
This month we participated in another round of friendship games hosted by Cosmo's Martial Arts Center (CMAC) in Mamaroneck. We were joined by Yi's Taekwondo Center, and Master Chong's Taekwondo for focused training, drills, and sparring. Coming together to share our skills allows us to grow, and meet new challenges. Thank you to everyone involved!
The benefits of an active lifestyle are many, but did you know practicing Taekwondo also helps to keep our minds sharp? The skills developed in Taekwondo training are equally beneficial for children and adults, improving mental focus, coordination, and balance. Don't hesitate to come join us in class. All levels are welcome.
