Our Adult Program focuses on traditional Taekwondo and Kickboxing while stressing their application in self-defense scenarios. We actively practice situational awareness to ensure that our skills can be applied as needed. Physical fitness, flexibility and aerobic ability, are also enhanced.
Our classes are based on authentic Taekwondo practices and techniques including drills, strikes, blocks, Forms / Poomsae, kickboxing, weapons training (Nunchucks and Bo Staff), and Olympic style contact sparring. Our students benefit from training that leads to improved self-confidence, flexibility and situational awareness.
